Payment must be completed at time of sale, including for custom orders. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase as processing on most orders begins within 48 hours. After 24 hours, canceled orders may be subject to a restocking or materials fee, especially in the case of custom orders.

Many of my items can be personalized! If you'd like to personalize one of my items by adding a name or changing a color, please message me before purchasing. There is generally a $4 fee for personalization, but that is determined on a case-by-case basis.
I love doing custom orders! There is generally a $10 design fee for any custom design work, but again, that is determined on a case-by-case basis. I retain the rights to photograph the final products for promotional purposes and reuse the designs in this or any of my other shops unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
I will protect any private information, but first names or other non-identifying details may be used in promotional photos on my website or social media sites.

Most of my products are ready to ship within 2-5 business days. Please see individual listings for actual processing time. Generally, all items in an order will ship together based on the longest processing time.
If you need your order by a specific date, I am generally able to accommodate. Please contact me BEFORE purchase to let me know. Shipping may need to be upgraded at buyer's expense and a Rush Fee may apply.
Shipping is completed via USPS and all shipping time estimates are subject to their schedule. Only Priority Express shipping is guaranteed by USPS.
I am unable to make any guarantees about shipping times but will do everything I can to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
Shipping method is chosen by the buyer at checkout unless otherwise noted in individual listings.
USPS First Class Mail includes tracking and generally takes 3-7 business day for delivery.
Priority shipping includes tracking and generally takes 2-4 business days for delivery.
Priority Express includes tracking and generally takes 1-2 business days for delivery.
Please note that selecting Priority or Priority Express affects delivery time, not the time it takes to make prepare your order for shipping. Processing times can only be adjusted by contacting me prior to placing your order.
All international orders are shipped by USPS First Class International. Tracking is usually included, but some countries do not offer it (this means tracking updates may stop when it leaves the US). Please allow ample time for delivery, as international shipping speeds vary.
Buyer is responsible for any VAT/duty/import fees that your country asks for upon receipt of your item(s). Please research these and your individual country's import guidelines prior to purchasing from my shop.
Items cannot be sent marked as "gifts" or with a lower value.
If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so I can work with you on a solution.
For lost or stolen orders, please contact me and USPS/your local Post Office for assistance as soon as possible. Timeliness is critical in these instances, as is buyer cooperation. I will do everything I can to come to an agreeable solution with you.
For orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address, buyer will be responsible for the cost to reship. For orders that are "lost" due to incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible to repurchase if necessary. For this reason, please double check the shipping address during checkout.
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor and phone screen displays colors differently, and every item I sell is handmade by me and therefore may have minimal differences in color and design. I do everything I can to ensure that my photos represent items as accurately as possible.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancelations
Please contact me within 24 hours of purchase to cancel orders. After 24 hours, most orders have begun processing and may only be partially refunded (especially in the case of custom orders).
Please contact me within 15 days of delivery to discuss returns or exchanges. To complete your return, prior agreement from me is required. Returns that have not been approved will be refused and not refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as earrings.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you. If the item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3 business days. For any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error, no refund or partial refunds will be given.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
Only defective or damaged items may be replaced. Exchanged items will be the exact same item ordered and sent to the original shipping address. Buyer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
